Fractions

We have been thinking about fractions in maths. We used multilink cubes to show halves and quarters. Then we labelled them with post-it notes  (some of us need to make some corrections to our spellings though...).

    What a great way of doing fractions - thank you Year 2! I should try this with Year 4.

    I'm glad you enjoyed it, Mateo. What other equipment in the Y2 classroom would be a good tool for exploring fractions do you think?
